THE SUBJECT (SINGAPORE MATH)
The Singapore Math method is a highly-effective approach to teaching. Originally developed by Singapore’s Ministry of Education for Singaporean public schools, the intentional progression of concepts in the Singapore Math approach instills a deeper understanding of mathematics.
The method helps students develop a strong understanding of Math through a 3-part technique which outperforms simple memorization; Concrete, Pictorial and Abstract.
From hands-on applications to visual understanding, students are able to grasp abstract concepts and retain the lessons taught, ultimately developing skills such as mental computation and even the ability to teach the exercises to other students.
Singapore consistently ranks highly amongst international math testing and the Singapore Math method has been widely adopted internationally over the past twenty years.

If your child uses the same book (My Pals are Here!) then follow the curriculum and pace of the school. Answer keys are included in your purchase.
If you are an educator or a homeschooling parent, then please go at a pace that suits the child you are instructing
If your child does not use the same book at school, this is ok because our modules represent each quarter of every school year so the pace of our curriculum will be about the same as your child’s school. Go from one lesson and video clip to another based on your child’s capacity.
The content was designed for you to teach your child so we recommend this formula especially for second to fourth graders.
For fifth and sixth graders, they may be able to watch the videos on their own with limited supervision from you as you hold the answer keys.
We believe that practice makes perfect so the best way for children to obtain mastery is to allow them to practice as many exercise problems as possible. The provided answer keys to ALL the problems in the My Pals are Here! Pupil and Workbook enable the parent to verify and check solutions and answers easily.
An alternative would be to acquire the modules for a guardian or a private tutor to ensure that they are taught effectively and strategically.
